  • Biblical Bookworms

    Who is it for: People interested in studying books of the Bible

  • Character Formation Project

    Resumes August 13, 2023.

    When and where: CK Community Room at 9:30am
    Who is it for: 18 and up, though High Schoolers would be welcomed
    Description: Join Us on a Journey through God's Word! Introducing the Charter Formation Bible Study

    Embark on an exploration of the Scriptures with the Charter Formation Project Bible Study. All are invited to join this transformative experience as we delve into God's Word, learning more about who God is, who we are, and how we relate through Christ. Through discussions and reflections, we'll not only gain knowledge but also internalize and activate the powerful lessons each week.

  • Summit Seekers

    When and where: CK Atrium Room at 9:20am
    Who is it for: Most group members are older adults. However, all age groups are welcome. It would be most appropriate for adults.
    Description: Each Sunday morning we take an in-depth look at either the readings used in church or the readings that are assigned for that weekend in the LCMS periscope. There are currently three people who take turns leading the class. We take a voluntary offering each week. As money builds up in the treasury, we vote on charitable causes to support with the funds.

Tuesdays

  • Bible Introductions Community Group

    When and where: CK Library at 6:30 - 8:00 pm
    Who is it for: Women of all ages and all walks of life

    Description: We are a community group that encourages to build and nurture relationships with other women and study the Bible in an interactive atmosphere with a strong emphasis on its application in our daily lives. The CrossConnect Ministries, authored by Jackie Oesch, teaches the stories of the Bible to show the love and character of God and His Son, Jesus Christ.

  • Tuesday Evening Ladies Bible Study

    Resumes September 12th

    When and where: CK Atrium at 6:30 pm
    Who is it for: Women of all ages
    Description: We will resume on September 12th with an evening of fellowship. This study includes daily Bible readings and discussion questions. Our study will begin by focusing on James and Jude - a Lifelight series. We will continue through May.

  • Sisters in Christ Women's Bible Study

    Description: Currently studying Job and will begin the New Testament in the Spring. Our meeting schedule follows the school year.

  • High School Student Bible Study

    When and where: The Lounge at 6:00 pm
    Who is it for: 9th-12th grade boys and girls

    Description: 9th - 12th graders are invited to a Wednesday night bible study at 6 pm at Concordia! Grace Koehn will lead this Bible Study.

  • Thursday Morning Men's Bible Study

    When and where: CK Atrium at 6:30am
    Who is it for: Men
    Description: Typical Bible Study format.

  • Women's Bible Study

    When and where: Thursdays in the Atrium Room, 6:30-8pm, starting April 25th
    Who is it for: Women
    Description: A study of Kings through the book “Trustworthy” by Lysa Terkeurst.

    We will work through this book together in weekly meetings. You can purchase Trustworthy from Amazon for $23. Our study will also include watching the DVD together, which has already been purchased. Individual copies of the DVD are not needed.

  • Anna & Simeon Small Group Bible Study

    When and where: Community Room at 7:00pm, second Thursday of the month
    Who is it for: Older married couples, generally with grandchildren
    Description: This Bible study group for grandparents is led by Dr. John Eckrich and Rev. Hector Hoppe and this school year will focus on understanding how Jesus reveals himself to us in the scriptures particularly as we lead our multi-generational families in these challenging days. Holding each other up in prayer before God’s throne of Grace and Mercy is central to our time together.

  • Friday Morning Women's Bible Study

    Who is it for: All are welcome
    Description: We will be studying Discerning the Voice of God by Priscilla Shirer. If hearing God has seemed challenging, come explore a more intimate relationship with Him. One that can help in hearing Him, His will, His heart, and His voice.
