Call Committee Prayer Team Weekly Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
We look forward with joy to what is ahead this week, as we reflect on Your passion and celebrate Your resurrection.
Lord, we thank You for the strong and thoughtful response from our Concordia family through the survey. We are grateful for the willingness of Your people to engage and to seek Your will together.
Lord, we recognize that a position description is more than words on a page—it reflects the hopes and desires of Your people as we lean on You in calling our next Senior Pastor. Be with the Call Committee, that this document may clearly reflect the voice of the congregation and align with the leader You are calling into our midst.
Continue to bless the information that has been gathered, and grant wisdom, unity, and clarity as the Call Committee carries out its work. Guide them to be faithful stewards in every step of this process.
We pray all of this in Your Son’s loving and saving name. Amen.
Prayer requests will be listed for two weeks. After that time, if you would like your request to remain, please resubmit your request. We desire to keep you and your home in prayer during times of need and joy!
If you are hospitalized, please contact the Church Office at 314-822-7772.
